The Official Gazette of the Canary Islands published the decree law that regulates the admission to tourist accommodation establishments in times of Covid-19.
To access tourist accommodation establishments in the Canary Islands, it will be necessary for tourist users over six years of age, who are not from the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, to prove that they have contracted the active infection test established by the health authorities within a period Maximum of 72 hours before arrival, and that the tourist user has not tested positive for Covid-19.
Procedure to ensure safety before the COVID
- All persons entering the hotel will pass through the disinfection mat.
- The use of a mask in the hotel's common areas will be mandatory.
- The daily room cleaning service will be maintained as long as the guest is out of the room. In the event that the guest rejects this service, the change of towels will also be maintained every day.
- The Food and Beverage services will always respect their capacity and social distancing measures.
- Our pool remains open. To make this possible, we have adapted by modifying the assemblies so that at all times we maintain the safety distance between the different groups of people.
- Likewise, all the processes related to the management and maintenance of recreational water are applied, as well as those specific to cleaning and disinfecting both the areas outside the pool, as well as the surroundings, shower and staircase.
- Pool towels will be delivered at the reception.
